I just used this relief band on a 7 day Alaska Cruise. I was so worried about being seasick. I get seasick on a dock. As soon as the ship started to sail out of the port, I knew I needed to turn my relief band on. It worked perfectly. If the ship got a little rockier I would just up the strength. I had other methods with me to control seasickness but never used them. My relief band helped every time. I even used it on train and bus rides. I highly recommend this band. I bought my first relief band four years ago before going on a cruise. I have vertigo that flares up quite often, especially if I am bending my head over for too long or snorkeling in rough water and different things will trigger it. It worked great on my cruise.
We had a very rough boat ride to get to the snorkeling area and the waves were so big just snorkeling would have normally caused me to get very dizzy. I had no problems whatsoever with the waterproof sport model. The cruise got pretty rough and a lot of people were getting sick on the ship, but I did fine. A year later my daughter was pregnant with her last child and she had morning sickness really bad and stayed sick quite a bit. I let her try mine out and it really helped so I bought her one for herself.
She also has vertigo and gets very sick when it flares up. She has seen a lot of improvement with her nausea with migraines and vertigo.
A few weeks ago I bought one for my youngest daughter who has a lot of nausea and also gets seasick and carsick and she also has anxiety. I’ve read that it could help with anxiety, so I went ahead and bought the premium model.
