If you purchase a Reliefband® Premier, Reliefband® Premier +, a Reliefband® Flex or Reliefband® Sport device and you are not completely satisfied with the product for any reason within 14 days of receipt of delivery, we will refund your purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges. Orders containing more than 2 units are eligible for return for TWO units of an order only (per shipping address). The Reliefband® 50 Hours is excluded from this return policy. All Reliefband Accessories, including Warranty and Shipping Protection, are excluded from this return policy.

RETURNS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

To qualify to receive a refund, you must follow these steps (a “Qualified Request”):

  1. PURCHASE a Reliefband® Premier, Reliefband® Premier +, Reliefband® Flex or Reliefband® Sport device (“Product”), directly from http://www.reliefband.au or via https://downunderpilotshop.com.au. Purchases of a Reliefband® Premier, a Reliefband® Flex or a Reliefband® Sport device from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their individual return policy. Any other source, third -party vendor, merchant, or Amazon, etc., do NOT qualify for this limited offer of a refund, (“Offer”)
  2. SAVE the UPC barcode (“UPC”) from the package, the original receipt (packing slip for online purchases) and the product itself. Device and all accessories must be in the original undamaged packaging. Reliefband will deduct the price of accessories if not returned with the device.
  3. Please email support@reliefband.au within 14 DAYS of receiving your order to start the refund process and Reliefband Customer Service will provide a RETURN MERCHANDISE NUMBER (RMA). The RMA number must be written on the outside of the shipping box to be properly checked in for a refund.
  4. When returning your Reliefband® device please provide the original packaging box with the UPC barcode, original receipt/packing list and the Product and Accessories within 10 DAYS of receiving RMA number from Reliefband® Customer Service. Items not returned within this time period may be subject to rejection of return and refund at the customer’s expense.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

THIS OFFER REPRESENTS A LIMITED MONEY BACK WARRANTY. This Offer gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. This Offer is limited to the actual purchase price (excluding any shipping charges) paid by the consumer for Reliefband® Premier, Reliefband® Premier +, Reliefband® Flex or Reliefband® Sport devices only (not the Reliefband® 50 Hours) net of any discounts and/or coupons used by the consumer (“Net Purchase Price”). Requests for reimbursement pursuant to this Offer must be postmarked within fourteen (14) DAYS of receipt of the Reliefband® Premier, Reliefband® Premier +, Reliefband® Flex or Reliefband® Sport device and within ten (10) DAYS of receiving the RMA number. This Offer is valid exclusively in Australia and New Zealand. This Offer is not valid for purchases made by consumers or customers who are outside Australia and New Zealand. This offer is SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR CANCELLATION BY SPONSOR AT ANYTIME and without providing any notice. Discount/promotional codes/coupons may not be combined. The highest discount/promotional code will apply once per order.

Allow up to 4 weeks for the processing of your refund. To qualify for a refund, Product must have been purchased directly from Reliefband® or online from reliefband.au and downunderpilotshop.com.au; promotional Product or free Products are not eligible for this offer. Offer is limited to individual consumers or purchasers exclusively and only one refund for the Net Purchase Price will be issued for a Qualified Request; bulk requests and requests made by groups, clubs or organizations are not eligible for this refund and will not be honored. Employees, independent contractors, and temporary employees of Reliefband® Technologies, LLC are not eligible for a refund. Reliefband.au or Downunder Pilot Shop is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, illegible requests or for postage due on any requests or any issues with mail or other delivery services. Reliefband® will not provide a refund for or return or any other consideration or reimbursement for a non-qualifying product. Reliefband.au or Downunder Pilot Shop in its sole and absolute discretion decides whether a request has been made for a non-qualifying product. This Offer is void where prohibited by law or taxed or restricted by any valid legal entity. Reproduction, purchase, sale or trade of RMA Certificate, a proof-of-purchase or cash register receipt is prohibited.
